Tasty Stop

Stopped here while heading home to SC because I originally wanted to go to Chicken bee for wings but ended up here and I’m so glad I did!

I ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings and the honey garlic pepper and I was not let down the flavor was amazing and the chicken was cooked just right!

The staff is friendly and during the pandemic they do wear masks and the kitchen staff wear gloves! They have clear lines marked in the floor for 6ft social distancing!

I ordered 15 wings and after about 5 minutes my food was ready and there were several other people who had placed orders before me!

If you love short wait times and good wings this is your go to place! I will definitely return!!

1/23/22, was the date that changed my life. Me & my grandmother were sick and tired of the small and disgusting wings from wing stop and the overpricing and long waits. Then I read the sign ‘tasty stop’, I decided to go in and I saw they made wings. I ordered the 10 piece wings ( 5 honey mustard & 5 lemon pepper) with a side of fries. The waiting time was 15 minutes. They got it to me for 10 minutes, 5 minutes of my life SAVED. When I opened the box it felt like when the main character opens a box that is so bright he has to cover his eyes.

The wings were 10/10 from the separation paper to the smells and the size of the wings. I could barely hold 4 in my hands and I can grip a basketball. If you want an idea of how big they actually are. I would like to say that this store is one of the best things I have ever tasted and the service is one of the best things ever. Tasty stop is one of those stores that you only come around once a lifetime because of how great the and the serving of the food are.

A Lot of people complain about how they charge an extra $2 for 10 wings, when not only do the wings taste better but they’re twice the size of the average wings. Comparing Tasty stop to the wing stop. The wings are twice the size. So no, I wouldn’t mind paying an extra 2 dollars for wings twice the average size.

Another reason why Tasty stop is one or is the best wing stops in Durham is because of the consideration and value of the customer they provide when taking orders and delivering their service to the world. How could they be inconsiderate of the customer if they say thank you come again and provide and ask you if you want sauce and don’t charge for extra? How dare someone ever say such ignorant and disgusting, disrespectful things about one or the best shops in Durham.

Was in the mood for wings and this spot showed up in a search-figured we’d try something new! Really happy we did. Wings were great and crispy, nice selection of flavors, reasonably priced, and they have the option to do all drums or flats (flats OBVIOUSLY) for a minimal upcharge. We added on some catfish nuggets which my offspring demolished in the car before we even got home (one could argue my judgement at letting children eat fried fish in the car but after this year…)

Folks were super nice, masks/plexiglass/distanced and the order was ready in record time.

They are the best wings in durham. I literally drive way across town at-least 2 to 3 times a week to devour these wings sent from heaven up. Customer service is great and prices are affordable. I think i paid $11 and some change for 10 wings. Only thing i hate is that there not open 7 days a week. Lol

This place is great but only offer take out. The wings are some of the best around. The customer base is very sketchy. Not a place for the timid to enter.
